Why I Started
Done Rite Services
I didn't start Done Rite Services just to fix pipes; I started it to fix a broken industry. I spent years watching homeowners get taken advantage of—either by big franchises charging triple for simple jobs, or by 'handymen' applying band-aid fixes that burst a week later.
I realized there was a gap in Northern Virginia. Homeowners needed a middle ground: The technical expertise and warranties of a big corporation, but with the honest pricing and personal care of a local neighbor. That is the foundation we built this company on.
We hate waiting for parts as much as you do. That’s why we completely changed how we dispatch. We don't drive empty vans. Every Done Rite truck is a mobile warehouse, stocked with over 1,000 parts, from standard water heater elements to specialty valves.
Our goal is simple: We want to fix your problem in one trip. We respect your time too much to spend your day driving back and forth to the supply house.
